release a non existent attribute as a specific value

Hello,

We have a vendor who wants us to push an attribute custom to their
application that is mandatory.

 

The app is looking for 'accountID' attribute.

 

At this time they tell me they cannot turn that off or make it optional.

 

How do I create a resolver attribute to push one specific value only ?
