That is almost certainly not the first error, the first one is the one telling you that none of the keys in the SP's metadata verified the signature. The SP probably shouldn't be signing its requests. Having done so, the metadata's wrong and you don't have the right key on hand. Or it's possible the SP is just broken and its signature is invalid, though that's less likely.
