Nothing I'm aware of, I really don't know. Something is throttling it unless the server is less CPU-worthy than an HP i7 laptop from a year or so back. Even on battery saver mode and a debug build, I had it at 3:30 or so. It just takes what it takes. It's one thread, no parallelism.
