Whichever you want.

You need to be able to carry out a dialogue with the user's browser and it is usual to do this with TLS and that usually mean 443.

You may want to allow back channel activity, but this is unlikely.  For that it would be normal to use a different port (usually secured with a different cert/key pair).  Sometime people use 8443.
