Idp 3.3.1 authentication flow problem

(Other than the original one, the log you posted originally is only consistent with a case where the IdP has already pre-filtered all of the enabled login flows from being usable. I can't explain why that would be happening if the log on DEBUG doesn't mention anything in particular.)
