metadata-providers shib 3.2.1

Hello, 

Has anyone had the situation where the vendor's metadata or the SP's metadata gets stuck in some bean. 
That only way I could release that was to restart tomcat. 

That's ok in test; but in production that will be a huge problem. 

I guess the lesson is , once the metadata is loaded, if you have to change it use the same file name. 

If I changes the filename on metadata-providers.xml the used curl to reload it, I got an error. 
Looking at the shib warn log, it something about the other filename is stuck in a bean and produced and error. 

If I changed the name back, reload the metadata providers with curl, it then said it was looking for the filename I changed it to in the first place. 

The only way I could clear that non sense, was to bounce tomcat.
