Really Small XML Durations

Thank you for confirming that.  I had been puzzling over a few sources but I wasn't sure which was authoritative, because...

... that's exactly what I was worried about too.

I would consider this "production lite" at this point, but nothing broken so far.  I'll report something if it explodes, but until then, no news is good news.
