Really Small XML Durations

Let's presume that I have a valid reason for setting a subsecond duration in the IdP.  Is there a syntax that will allow me to specify one?

I had been using PT1S.  When asked, I changed that to PT0.01S(and apparently nothing exploded and users report it "working") but it feels janky as heck.
