SLO fails: IDP does not find matching session

Forget that, you're using the SAML endpoint, so it finds the IdPSession via the SP/NameID, my mistake.

So in any case, it's definitely not finding a hit. I can't explain the other log message but in terms of what it's doing, the matching SP session is just not in the session store.
