OpenJDK

Scott wrote in the thread titled “Velocity in new installation of Shibboleth IDP”, “OpenJDK is a mess that we will continue to advise against using”.  We use it here on numerous systems and have had no problems but I am certainly concerned now.  What are the main problems others have encountered?
