Shib download

HI All

Is there an issue currently downloading shib? trying to download for Centos 6 but nor shib or a direct link to the install with say yum localinstall http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security://shibboleth/CentOS_CentOS-6/x86_64/shibboleth-2.5.5-3.1.x86_64.rpm <http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security://shibboleth/CentOS_CentOS-6/x86_64/shibboleth-2.5.5-3.1.x86_64.rpm> works, I always get a 404 error even from the web browser.
