Issues with Using Admin Interface

Has anyone experienced any issues with using the Shibboleth IdP admin interface?

On yesterday, while using the admin interface to reload the MetadataResolverService (for example using https://xx.xx.xx.xx/idp/profile/admin/reload-service?id=shibboleth.MetadataResolverService ) , both identity providers threw heap space errors (as seen in tomcat logs).  To resolve, we had to restart the tomcat server.  Note that both IdP’s use memcache and that we have been using the admin interface for literally months with no problems.

Not 100% sure that reloading the service was the cause, but wondering if anyone else has seen similar issues like this or any issues when using the admin interface?
