Testing Velocity Template Customizations

Hi,

Just curious...

Is there a straightforward way to mimic use/edge cases in IdP 3 in order to test all of our velocity template customizations (via GET args / static URLs / etc)?  Some are obvious/simple to test through basic usage, others not so much.
