microsoft's phonefactor/2fa authentication

Has anyone set up shibboleth with microsoft's phonefactor/ 2fa authentication? We have Microsoft's 2FA for a few applications. It uses phone as second authentication.  We would like to implement the same with shibboleth for selected applications accessed outside our network.
