Integration with GSA (Google Search Appliance)

Hi,

We are having problems integrating GSA with Shibboleth IdP 2.4.  If anyone
can help, please let me know.
The Google Search Appliance was configured and it was added a particular
shib protected URL.
HOwever, GSA fails and we don't know why. We tried the suggestion below:

Change signResponses to "always" or "conditional" and signAssertions to
"never", for the relevant ProfileConfiguration within the relevant
RelyingParty.

But that did not work.

Also, we contacted google and they said that our response was missing a
cookie of some kind.
We are able to logon using shibboleth to the site we tried to add to GSA and
it works just fine.
We are now trying to see if we can still use GSA, (fetch, index) the
Shib-protected URL but by bypassing Shib. Is there a way to either make it
work with GSA, has anyone else tried to do it or have GSA bypass Shib. Any
help will be greatly appreciated.
