Office 365 ECP Issues

I tried idp.authn.flows=Shibcas|Password but even web went to idp login
screens instead of CAS,

I can try above with  p:authenticationFlows="#{{'Password'}}" for ECP or
vice versa for Shibcas in the respective profile, that way I don't use
Shibcas flow for ECP

Let me know, because I thought authenticationFlows entry is not required
unless any compelling reason.
