v3.3.0 - Attribute Release Intercept

Hi:

I have a service which requires the attribute release intercept in
Shibboleth -- all find and dandy -- but the privacy URL is not showing on
the attribute release page.....

Have I missed something in the properties file or the sp's metadata?

SP's metadata:
