idp log files

I'm sorry, but that doesn't tell me anything, I still don't know what you want to do.
 
You can't just magically make it log something it's not logging. Existing log material can be sent to additional appenders, but you can't make up a logging category and have it do anything new. There is no log category called Shibboleth-Access, so nothing is going to show up in that log.

I would imagine that what you want cannot be done, but I'm speculating since I don't really know what it is. If you're trying to add to the audit log, this isn't how you do it.
