Where is java_home detected from by the installer?

I think the default attribute resolver doesn't have the the old
namespaces defined and uses just the new namespaces, which is enough to
trip people up.

Therefore, it's usually worth just updating the whole resolver so that
it will work in future i.e. from now and into 4.0, rather than having
still in the old style..
