Any documentation about log4j could likely be misleading. The appenders it supports are whatever happens to be in the log4cpp/log4shib library. The names used by the property-based configurator in the library were ripped off from log4j, for reasons that would probably have to be asked of the people who wrote it.

If you're asking for a reference, I don't have one to hand, I would have to reverse engineer the code to determine what all the settings are. I think anybody that cares has probably just gone into it themselves to find them. Most of the ones people use with any frequency are probably in the example files that the software includes, but if I ever did any looking for more settings it would have been a decade or more ago.
