I don't even immediately understand the error description provided
there (you only get to enter your username once, due to SSO; unless
forced re-authentication is involved. Maybe this is about logging in
another time with the same userid but using another form of
upper/lower case letters? Scott answered this in the referenced thread

But my point was simply that without supplying concrete, detailed
technical info noone else can help you fix your problem.

Even now noone here will have any idea what you're even talking about
since the referenced issue "was not related" in the end.

I'm not sure why/how you'd find such an interaction with a public
mailing list helpful, but hey: YMMV.
