Authenticating against LDAP server for multiple domains

Hello everyone,
Sorry if this is a repeated question.

my question:
I have multiple domains ( for example : domain1.com, domain2.com ) and they are being served by
a single ldap server ( it is not AD ). So I have multiple baseDNs ( ou=people,dc=domain1,dc=com ----  ou=people,dc=domain2,dc=com ).
Is there a step-by-step document somewhere, to configure shibboleth for authenticating both user at domain1.com and user at domain2.com ?

My Status:
I am using shibboleth V3 on windows server. 
And currently I am authenticating for only one domain ( let say user at domain1.com )
