IDP not forwarding to correct protected page

If the referrer is the IdP's redirector, then the 404 is the SAML endpoint, 
which makes this most likely a metadata mismatch, given the IdP happens to be 
fetching the SP's metadata from InCommon and does not override the endpoints.

In fact, I just fetched the InCommon metadata and the endpoints for the SP 
in question do indeed redirect to a 404 page.
