It does basically "build" on Linux only though, the make dist target is auto-make driven I believe. That runs the minifier and gloms up all the files and such.

And no, we don't really have a "prerelease" of the Windows ZIP, but I'll try and throw a copy up on our prerelease folder if anybody wants to test.
