Configuring auto-follow in EDS?

I'm working on Windows/IIS. Is there a repository with the 1.2
javascript/css source? The repository linked from the EDS page has the Linux
packages. 

Our environment is quite a limited, controlled environment; so it might be
straightforward enough to update the 1.1 code to save/auto-follow the IdP
choice; and we could update to 1.2 when that's released.
