Your connection pooling isn't working. Speak with your LDAP administrator
to determine how best to keep the pool connections alive. It's likely that
the server simply drops idle connections at some time below 5 minutes.

You may continue to see that log message sporadically when other network
events cause the connection to be dropped, but you shouldn't see it
whenever pool validation occurs.
