Problem with toc in some exported wiki documents for IDP3

Hello,

I hope, I'm on the right place ...

Every time I export one of the following wiki documents (see links *1)
to PDF or MS Word,
the TOC is missing and I get an error like:

"Error rendering macro 'toc' : [com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxLazyException]
com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxParsingException: Undeclared namespace prefix
"xlink" (for attribute "href") at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [7,167]"
