Nevermind on the defaultAuthenticationMethods questions...  I am seeing that I can setup an profileConfig with #setDefaultAuthenticationMethods(Collection< AuthnContextClassRefPrincipal> contexts)...

I know how to create an override for a CAS RP, but I am not seeing how to set defaultAuthenticationMethods property.
