Apache 2.4.6, shibd 2.6.0, Shibboleth.sso/status always returns 404

Think I finally solved it. ServerName was set. UseCanonicalName on needed
to be set. I could have sworn that was default on with apache 2.2 (but
it's been a while), and sure enough looking for it in 2.4 on RHEL7 it's
missing.
