Yeah, I'll be upgrading the SP software tonight but seems unlikely that will resolve this problem. Thanks for having a look.

No, I just wanted to make sure nothing was masking it entirely.
The SP is also badly out of date, not that it's causing the problem, but that includes a variety of security issues, many serious. I could remotely crash it at will, for example.

It's definitely not seeing them. If something is responding to them, then it's taking control.
