Shibboleth IDP Google Authentication

OAuth is not built into the identity provider as a login method for 3.3 and OAuth alone doesn’t mean much.  You can use any OAuth implementation that sets a username in a variable.  simpleSAMLphp is an option, or anything else that Google would willingly support.  Shibboleth just needs a trusted username from something.
