I found what's incorrect. As I imported the relying-party.xml from V2 on fresh installation of V3.2, the header of the file has the following but beans were not imported. Is there any workaround to make the unspecified NameID work?
rp:RelyingPartyGroup xmlns:rp="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:relying-party"
xmlns:saml="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:relying-party:saml" xmlns:metadata="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:metadata"
xmlns:resource="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:resource" xmlns:security="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:security"
xmlns:samlsec="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:security:saml" xmlns:samlmd="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:metadata"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:relying-party classpath:/schema/shibboleth-2.0-relying-party.xsd

The error is because you've messed around with the namespace declarations in the root beans element of the Spring file. That's hardly anything you could do by accident, so I have no idea what you did or why.
