IdP 3.1.1 Unable to resolve outbound message endpoint

Turning on OpenSAML helped. I ended up seeing this error:

Endpoint Resolver
org.opensaml.saml.common.binding.impl.DefaultEndpointResolver: Neither
candidate endpoint location '<link>' nor response location 'null' matched
'<link>'. 

I replaced the <link> 

I'm not sure what that means but I'm going to run through the tutorial on
service providers this Friday.
