That error message is just text, it's up to you and your message files what message is displayed in response to that event.

That level of logging will include the AuthnRequest, and if you're not seeing it, then you are mistaken about what your logging configuration is, what the SP is, what actual IdP server is being used, or all of the above.

The other possibility would be that this is a proprietary IdP-initiated SSO request and not a SAML request, but that doesn't comport with getting that error in most cases.
