Incommon SP and IDP

Hi Tom,

I'm not getting anything at all in the logs. I've only implemented a couple
of SSO projects with my IDP but I've always had a SAML response once I
clicked on an endpoint provided by the SP and another after I authenticated
with Shib. I noticed that the endpoint that was provided points to the
metadata.
