scripting the resolver with Velocity "Template" attribute defintion

A lot of that dates to Java 7, which I would hope we're seeing the back of for anybody running a newer IdP, and 4.0 will certainly be Java 8+ (and soon the only supported Jetty will be). I don't care much for Nashorn but I'm trying to make sure all our examples and shipped code use it.
