Other than the logo I don't know of anything in there that references any paths.

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly. The URL to anything in the root webapp is / (that's why it's the root webapp). If you're serving a page from anywhere on the server, a relative path of /images/logo.jpg will get you to a file in jetty-base/webapps/root/images/logo.jpg
