IDP Uncaught runtime exception

Hello,

We run IDP 3.2.1 and implemented DUO according to instruction that University of Chicago provided(https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=20807829). Sometimes there were ‘Uncaught runtime exception’ in the IDP process log. Does anyone know what situation caused this exception?
