lots of logging options in logback.xml — none of them seem to suggest they have any thing to do with this. Any suggestions?

It is easy to miss — I noticed it because I got pulled away from my testing, when I got back there was a login page and I was not sure what SP I had clicked on. We have a new game: SP roulette! :-)

I looked at 1096 — it says something about missing files for Jetty, I am running tomcat 8.0.38.
