Does anything have to happen in the RemoteUserAuthHandler servlet
definition?

I deleted tomcat's webapps/idp and work/idp, and I see the updated copy in
webapps/idp/WEB-INF/web.xml

It looks like this might be new in 3.2.x?  I've tried to update our 3.2
conf files with fresh copies from the tarball.  Can you think of a holdover
from 3.1 that might affect this?
