SP with Apache on Windows - VC version issues

It sounds like you are trying to build the sp for windows.  That is always fraught with problems, particularly for the dependencies.  If you absolutely have to build it I’d take this to the dev list since it’s pretty dev-specific.

If you are installing the msi, then the mod_shibs will work against the appropriate apache lounge executables, regardless of compiler...
