[Ext] IdP 3.2.1 integration with Adobe/Okta

We have the Adobe configuration working currently we made the changes in the metadata, saml-nameid.xml and relyingpartyto persistent.
p:nameIDFormatPrecedence="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent

dP to send SHA1 signatures instead of SHA256. Did other folks have this issue with Adobe/Okta? If so, how did you resolve it? If not, do you have a special relying-party configuration or did you edit the SP metadata?
