Failed to download metadata from /Shibboleth.sso/DiscoFeed

[Anon Programmer]

I'm operating the service provider also. I changed the log levels to 
debug. I'm not seeing any log messages being thrown when i hit that url 
(<ip>/Shibboleth.sso/DiscoFeed)
