shibsp::ListenerException

Hi,



I have installed and configured the Shibbolette service provider on my windows 10 machine.



When I click the link to my website : http://localhost/ABC the following expcetion is thrown :



shibsp::ListenerException

The system encountered an error at Thu Dec 14 15:16:21 2017

To report this problem, please contact the site administrator at deepti at ideabridge.in.

Please include the following message in any email:

shibsp::ListenerException at (http://localhost/TafeWeb)

Cannot connect to shibd process, a site adminstrator should be notified.
