mod_shib_22.so missing after SRPM rebuild process

I agree with you and the documentation seems to indicate this is the case.  However, this is not our experience.  So why did the module not build if this should automatically detect?  Any suggestions to debug this issue?

If that were true, the module would have been built, it would automatically detect and build the support for the Apache installed.
