FileMaker and SHib ... ?

Check the archives ("filemaker" in the subject), though the
observations from that thread (Sept 2015) could be out of date or
incorrect to begin with.

But if they support HTTP Basic Auth from Apache httpd (and not merely
HTTP Basic Auth requested and processed by the application, though
httpd) I guess there's no way this cannot be made to work with Shib.
