Integrating idp3 with cirqlive

My general feedback with these things is that it's a bad idea to be documenting the Shibboleth portion. What's needed is to document the "what". Tell people what they need to do, and leave the "how" to the general documentation or separate examples that show generic concepts independent of a service itself. Otherwise it is guaranteed to become rotted and out of date within the span of a release or two.
