Could not resolv e placeholder 'idp.encryption.cert'

All values are defaults for the most part… idp.home is default location as well so if it weren’t being read I imagine there would be other issues.

Please don't reply to messages from unrelated threads/topics (here:
"shibd segfault on parsing assertion") unless you intend to contribute
to that thread/topic. Changing the subject is not sufficient,
instead, compose a new email to the list.

What's the value of idp.encryption.cert in idp.properties then?
Should be
idp.encryption.cert= %{idp.home}/credentials/idp-encryption.crt
Maybe %{idp.home} is not set?
