Issue with Client Browser for XMLtooling

Hello All,

Trying to send email on the mailbox as my post is not working.

I am new to Shibboleth and currently facing an issue with my SAML
federation setup of one application which is using Shibboleth SP. Many
users who have access to website are facing issues for XML tooling with
below message.

The system encountered an error at Wed Jul 19 17:42:53 2017
To report this problem, please contact the site administrator at
team at client.com.
Please include the following message in any email:
xmltooling::ValidationException at  (
https://inside.client.biz/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST)
AuthenticatingAuthority must have TextContent.

Can someone help me to get this issue fixed?
