In relying-party.xml, I have:

   <bean id="MFASAML2Principal" parent="shibboleth.SAML2AuthnContextClassRef" c:classRef="http://id.incommon.org/assurance/mfa" />

Does REFEDS have a class now?  If so, I could use that before we go live 
next week...  :)
